 This is not just about the little more effort required to upload the
 packages. It makes it hard to track which packages are built into Koji and
 which are not. It doesn't allow us to effectively use the Koji web tools
 to browse builds, see Changelogs, download src rpms etc. And it's an
 additional step where things can go wrong.
