 Building inside koji is important (I guess I don't need to explain why),
 so we should encourage people to do it and make it easier to do so. Right
 now when I build inside koji I need to download the built rpms and upload
 them to dev. That step is unnecessary and annoying. The build system
 should use the latest rpms from the olpc-2 koji branch.
