Comment:

 I don't fell comfortable changing the action of the button if it doesn't
 indicate this graphically.  Perhaps a cycle could work, but any form of
 hidden state (n seconds, etc.) that changes the behavior could just be
 confusing.

 I'm fairly confident that zoom-to-width will be, hands down, the most
 frequently used state.  The one notable exception to that, of course, is
 images, which we'd rather see in full instead of in screen-width chunks
 like text.  I ''might'' argue that we could invert the zoom-to-width and
 zoom-to-fit actions depending on the format of the document being viewed,
 image or text, but I think that's all I would do.

 Tomeu, what do you think of contextually changing the primary action based
 on the document type?
