 Would it be intuitive to make the button also cycle through the modes
 zoom-best-fit, zoom-width and zoom-actual with subsequent clicks?

 The simple solution would be 'if the user clicks again within N seconds,
 do the next zoom level.' Where N is short-ish, say less than 2 seconds
 after rendering completes?

 Alternatively, it remembers the last state while on the same page and zoom
 level and does the next on the subsequent click.

 Should be simple enough to implement.
