 I have three laptops that all have 616 q2c28, and sound works fine on
 them.

 I also didn't experience this bug when I was testing 613. There is
 probably some difference with the laptop that experienced the problem, so
 I can't really say that this bug is fixed, until we know why his laptop
 had this problem. I'd suggest re-flashing it to different build numbers
 and seeing if the problem persists.
