 In the opinions of Pentagram and myself, this really needs to be done
 right to make kids gain a proper understanding of the Frame and it's
 interactions.  To the purpose of this ticket, the icons in Home view
 should be arranged on the interior so that they aren't hidden by the Frame
 when it is revealed.  (Using the "grid", they should be one row up from
 the bottom of the screen.)
