Comment:

 Implemented click-to-view for flash elements in Browse. Would be trivial
 to do the same for Java applets.

 Eben, could you give it a try and send us a spec for the placeholder that
 is shown instead of blocked flash animations? Right now is an ugly display
 button with red text on it and a X for completely dismissing the flash
 animation. Afterwards reassign it to me or to erikos.

 As a side effect of implementing this feature, #3206 was implemented.
