 No, the kernel doesn't tell OHM about shutdown any earlier than other
 processes.

 If we're implementing an OHM shutdown when battery gets low, though (which
 seems like a good idea), we can broadcast whatever we want on the session
 bus.  Reassigning to me to do both, and then reassign back.

 Can't the datastore just sync on SIGTERM, avoiding having to listen for
 anything?  (You'd need to be finished submitting blocks to write within a
 few seconds, though.)
