 This is related to trac #2249.

 I was trying to sing in public off of Read of a PDF in ebook mode, and was
 disappointed to find that there was no page up/down key (or at least, not
 a discoverable one).  We can smoothly scroll down, but what I really
 wanted to do was jump ahead to the next page.

 The key mappings should probably be consisent with the mappings for
 browse, which are specified at
 http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Browse#Handheld_Mode , in which case plain up
 and down should page up/page down, and you hold down the d-pad to scroll.
