#4090: Assertion Failed in Pango involving reference counts

Comment(by bemasc):

 Following marcopg's suggestion, I did a "make uninstall" of the pygobject
 installation provided by sugar-jhbuild. This caused my system to revert
 to the older pygobject version provided by the distribution (and up-to-
 date Fedora 7). This change did appear to lessen the frequency of
 crashes; my program ran continuously for half an hour or more. However,
 crashes were not eliminated.

 The new logs provided include some of the pango/glib "assertion failed"
 errors seen earlier. Searching the valgrind log for the string 'pango'
 may be helpful. However, in that run, the instance being analyzed by
 valgrind did not crash. The other instance crashed, but due to the Sugar
 UI, it is only possible to use valgrind on the initiating instance of a
 shared activity. However, some of the same errors are present, so it may
 still be useful.
