New description:

 Registration may occur at a time different from activation or entering
 your name into the startup dialog, as the XO may not be near a working
 school server at either of those times.  Further, registration may occur
 multiple times: for example, if a student moves from one school to
 another.

 This bug is for UI elements for registration.  The current proposal is
 that "Register with this school" is in the drop-down context menu for a
 school server in the mesh view.  Do we need an "unregister" option?
 Should we register with the first school server we see, or always do this
 manually?

 #3978 has a beginning discussion of follow-on work that will be necessary.
