 (01:25:48 AM) jg: marcopg: for now, the home XO will be ok.  We need to
 get school server(s)  (more precisely, services, such as web, backup, etc)
 to announce their presence explicitly, as there may be multiple such
 services in a single school environment.  This is pretty easy to do with
 Avahi: there is a simple daemon you can run to do the announcement even
 without having to hack services to do such announcements themselves, but I
 think that is a 1.1 topic, not a 1.0 topic.
