New description:

 #4805 and [http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Mesh_and_WDS#Interactions_with_xo.27s
 Mesh and WDS] makes it clear we should not default to mesh on, until we
 can figure out a work around for the Broadcom driver bugs found in the
 very common WR54g access points (and some other access points).

 So initializing the mesh will require active intervention by the user.
 This bug will collect the different items that need to be completed for
 this change.

 #5144 documents the firmware change needed
 #5145 documents the Linux driver change required
 #5146 documents the Network Manager changes needed
 #5147 documents the Sugar change required
