Comment:

 Probably/possibly/maybe.

 But this one we can reproduce in Cambridge and get packet captures for
 you, whereas #4805 is at a venue we don't have access to.

 So I think I'd like to keep them separate unless/until we can verify they
 have the same root cause.

 I've asked dilinger to work with you to get packet captures in Cambridge.
