 When you have lost WLAN connectivity, AND USB connectivity, then you have
 this bug, #4476.

 What is the difference between this bug and #1752?  If you lose USB
 connectivity you also lose WLAN connectivity (host to wireless).

 > The radio still forwards traffic (you can only see this by sniffing).

 Note that the capability to forward wireless traffic is not affected by
 usb problems.
