Comment:

 My knowledge of RTL issues is very limited but this particular patch looks
 correct to me. It only affects the arrows, and I don't think these should
 be swapped in RTL mode.

 Anyone with more knowledge about RTL, particularly in gtk, feel free to
 jump in and correct me.
