 It has not yet been returned for failure analysis.  Julia sent me a DHL
 account number for return, but I was not able to log on to the DHL website
 with this account number.  It might be because I'm in the UK and they are
 presenting a different interface to me.  (It asked me for a user ID and
 password rather than an account number, and none of the many options on
 the sitemap seemed to be useful.)

 I asked Julia if it would be possible to book a pick-up from your end
 (since I'm unable to do it), but it seems she hasn't yet been able to
 reply to this.
