 This bug (and its companion #4653) are detailed follow-ups to #3801 that
 describe work that is required for activities launched under Rainbow to
 communicate with the datastore in a sane fashion.

 The fundamental issue that these bugs are addressing is that because the
 Datastore has not been taught to pay attention to its interlocutors'
 identities, it is unable to assign correct permissions to the files that
 it is trying to provide or to accept.

 This work should therefore be scheduled for the milestone in which Rainbow
 is supposed to ship, which I currently understand to be Update.1.
