Comment:

 It seems we should support a basic keyboard shortcut here and nothing
 more.  We don't need a UI for actually initiating the capture (unless we
 want to provide an alternate shortcut which allows the user to select a
 region instead of defaulting to fullscreen).  The UI only needs to care
 about the expected behavior once the screenshot is taken, which would be
 to have the Journal log the action, providing a way to access the
 screenshot.

 As a sidenote, I often use Apple's alternate shortcut which copies
 directly to the clipboard.  We could easily support this as well, with the
 resulting image object appearing in the left edge of the frame instead of
 the Journal.
