Comment:

 This is very odd behavior - we've never seen every single GPIO on the
 system come back from resume with the negative edge status set.  It is
 possible (though not certain) that this could be exposing some sort of
 undiagnosed power sequencing problem.  The software fix as stated
 definitely works - but lets leave this bug open and reassigned to the
 board guys to look at a bit closer, just to be sure.
