#1537: Electric leakage issue of Wireless module in S3 suspend mode.

 After doing some suspend mode experiments in PreB3 board with hardware
 colleagues ,

 They find the electric leakage issue of Wireless module in S3 suspend
 mode.

 Following is testing procedures: [[BR]]
 1) Booting to system. (image 430 , OFW: Q2C12 ) [[BR]]
 2) Switch to console or lanuch developer console. [[BR]]
    Then launch command to enter suspend mode:   [[BR]]
    # echo “mem” > /sys/power/state [[BR]]
 3) Hardware measures the electronics of CL1.  [[BR]]
    Wireless module still had voltage.  [[BR]]
 4) Booting to OFW.  [[BR]]
 5) ok s  [[BR]]
 6) Repeat to step 3. [[BR]]
 Hardware guys think this is because Marvell issue. [[BR]]
