New description:
One suggestion is that the EC isn't going to sleep.
That's on a pre-B3 board transplanted into a late B2 system without a
battery installed.
The EC currently does not go to sleep while on AC power. The wireless
power rail is also always active. While on AC this is not really much of
a concern and may get fixed as a side effect of going to sleep when
MAIN_ON goes away.
