Comment:

 I tried the fastboot/game key thing, but it is not working reliably right
 now because of flakiness in the EC support for reading game keys.

 So I adopted the "one key" approach.  The key is the Esc key, upper left
 corner of the keyboard.

 As a concession to developers, and also to keep from driving me crazy when
 I have to hurry to interrupt, you can still use any key from a serial
 console.  Presumably few children have serial-equipped XO's.

 svn 364.  Will appear in q2c11 official release, and q2c10c brown-bag.
