#1393: cp2101 crashes

The cp2101 USB serial driver crashes after you have been reading
characters from it for a while. The amount of time seems dependent upon
two issues: if you plug the device in after booting AND it's reading at
the wrong baud rate, it crashes immediately. If you boot with the device
plugged in AND read at the wrong baud rate, it crashes after a while. If
you read at the right baud rate, it crashes after a longer while. This
doesn't sound like anything particular to the OLPC, so I expect it will be
fixed soon in a newer kernel.

The device I'm using is a GPS receiver, so it is always spitting out lines
 of 30-70 characters.

Since this device is not part of the laptop, I have set the priority to
low, although of course it's the highest possible priority FOR ME on this
 project. ;-)
