power enable pin for the WLAN rail. Thus the wireless stays up and
running which can be most easily seen by the LEDs still flashing.
Hmmm... Looking at the EC code I see that it _should_ be turning that IO
off. The system power off routine clearly calls the off command for this
IO. More investigation is needed in to why that GPIO is not going low.
