 It is now possible to boot from SD (Secure Digital) cards, but we don't
 have an icon to represent that possibility (we have icons for USB keys,
 network interface, wireless, etc.).

 The size of the boot icons is 93 W x 96 H (pixels).  The easiest format
 for me to handle is 24-bit BMP - I have a tool to convert that to the
 RGB565 format that the firmware uses internally.

 The background should be white.
