 When a school library is available, there should be a simple if not
 transparent way to move from the xo library to the school library while
 browsing.  This could be as simple as a default-target html link from the
 mail library view (in the narrow bar where "OLPC Library" renders as of
 build 366?) that only resolves when there is a school library present.

 Asides: Will there be enough presence information to generate a different
 view when such a library is accessible?  There should also be a way to
 pull material from the web or a school library to one's xo; but that is
 another task.
