 There should be a way to explicitly enter/leave the library view.
 Following a leaf page of the library should expand to take up the full
 browser window; most of the browsing experience should not sacrifice a
 sidebar-width of space to the library.

 There should also be a simple way to return home to the library without
 closing and reopening the browser.
