Comment:

 Hal Murray is a good friend of both myself and Mitch Bradley; he's a
 reliable source of recommendations about ntp and friends.

 Hal's taken a deep dive into time, and has a system.

 John, we should see if we can add the "ntpdate" command to the build
 before Trial-1 if we can.

 After Trial-1 we need to explore time synchronization more seriously.
