Comment:

 There is a problem I see with this suggestion (maybe there should be
 several views).

 If you want to find a person or access point, you want predictability in
 where on the screen to find them.

 Not to mention signal strength, etc, change on a second by second basis;
 things hopping around will not be friendly.

 But what you are asking for is also very sane: it is information that will
 be needed for people to optimize the mesh.

 So it may be more than one mesh view is needed.

 Eben, opinions?
