 Wifi daughter card currently uses port 1, but USB can use Port 4 for OTG
 or a variety of crossed cable USB connections between the laptops - for
 that reason: Port 4 will be assigned to one of the USBs (whichever is
 easiest), and the wifi daughter card will be moved to port 1.
