#1023: web browser needs auto-scroll

The screen is small and the touchpad is a very crude pointing device. This
makes scrolling around on web pages necessary yet very difficult.

Auto-scroll could fix this. The closer the pointer is to the edge of the
screen, the faster the viewport should move in that direction. (that is:
web page moves in opposite direction)

A border about 200 pixels thick should do nicely. The innermost 800x500
would be inactive. Start with 1 pixel/second on the inner border. Double
this for every 12 pixels away from the innermost 800x500, for a maximum
speed of about 2**(200/12) pixels/second at the edge of the screen.
