 If we could sense ambient light, we could automatically power down the
 back light (power saving) and switch the DCON to b/w mode (higher quality
 because colored areas wil get a homogeneous brightness).

 This maybe realized by adding a sensor, or maybe by reusing the analog
 camera signal even if the camera logic is powered off...
