 We need to be able to pull specific versions of the Libertas firmware, to
 recreate specific OFW releases (and also because it is just good software
 engineering practice).

 The Libertas firmware versions are archived at RedHat, but they are on an
 internal CVS server there.

 According to David Woodhouse, the internal CVS server is deprecated and
 the external CVS tree is master.  It should be possible to access packages
 via, for example:

 cvs -d :ext:cvs.fedora.redhat.com:/cvs/pkgs co libertas-usb8388-firmware

 The Libertas firmware needs to be moved to the external tree
