Comment:

 The design here is actually going to be slightly more complicated.  The
 plan is to create several similar designs, where the treatment is
 different depending on the particular type of object the activity wishes
 to insert.  We'll have separate designs for text, images, sounds, and
 videos.  We'll also have a more general one which supports all file
 formats, for which activities can specify a list of formats (MIME types)
 that it wants to accept, effectively pre-filtering the Journal by only
 those types.

 When we create this API, we also need to consider an API for simply
 returning that pre-filtered list, so that activities can display groups of
 related files as it wishes (For instance, A bunch of Synth Lab sounds, or
 several Memorize card bundles, etc.)
