 Procedure:

 1. Open the web browser from the activity donut.

 2. Go to dev.laptop.org

 3. Click login and do so.

 4. Go to a ticket and click the Attach button.

 5. You will be unable to type anything in the "File" field, and clicking
 the "Browse" button does nothing.

 6. This is a problem not just on dev.laptop.org, but any site where you
 are trying to submit some sort of attachment. I tested it with other sites
 like Photobucket, and experienced the same problem.
