 dcbw pointed out that Gtk.Fixed don't have a reliable z-order for their
 components -- this is probably the culprit.  (As for why a Fixed needs to
 shuffle it's contents' z-order on a cursor change is a good question, but
 we're looking for answers here).

 For the camera activity's graphic design, we need the capability of a
 fixed layout, so an alternative solution is needed.

 Attached is a new test file which creates a new Gtk.Window for the
 gstreamer video and sets it transient to the main frame.  Further, the new
 Gtk.Window is set to decorated(False).

 In FC6+Thinkpad, this sort of works... the undecorated call doesn't seem
 to work.

 On an XO, this doesn't seem to work... the child window goes full-screen
 despite trying to reign it in with resize and set_default_size.  Why does
 the xo choose to maximize all windows and can we change that behavior?
