 Richard sent me a copy of his OHM code yesterday, and I've been getting
 used to it.  It's more complete than I expected -- it looks like a
 sensible option for us, unless we'd rather have something written in
 Python.  (Which might be easier to hack on, but gives us the memory usage
 of another python process.)
