 On my new B3, the LCD takes an abnormally long time to decay - much longer
 then any of the other DCON+panel combinations I've had.  This isn't so
 bad, except that the ghostly image is confusing after I shutdown the
 system, and especially after the system shuts itself down after flashing.
 You can tell the backlight is off, but its really hard to be sure if the
 system is off or not.   This would no doubt be confusing to any
 inexperienced firmware flashers.

 If this is a new "feature", then we should probably be blanking the screen
 in the OFW and shutdown process to avoid confusion.
