I got the card and it works in neither OFW, Linux (this machine or any
other), or my camera (which does not use Linux. So I don't have a working
case to compare notes with.
The problem with the card is that it fails to transfer the SCR register.
It answers to the command, but no data. If we want to figure out more than
that we have to put someone on the scope.
This also revealed another problem; the CAFÉ isn't properly sending data
timeout interrupts. OFW seems to figure it out, but it uses a polling
system if I remember correctly. I'll dig a bit more into this.
