 I added the Greek translation and on track they appear broken.
 Of course the default encoding of my Firefox has been set to UTF-8.

 However, when you click to download the original file (from the link at
 the bottom of the page), you get the proper UTF-8 file, no problem
 whatsoever.

 What's the problem them? I strongly believe the problem is with the Trac
 installation!
 Are the files in Trac stored in a database? What's the default encoding of
 the database?

 The following string is in Greek, let's see if this installation of Trac
 is UTF-8 sane.
