 Activity bundles must be self-contained, that is, everything needed to
 make the activity userful must be contained in the activity bundle itself.
 But currently there are some places in the system not extensible by
 activities. E.g.:

 - detection of mimetypes handled by the activity: shared-mime-info data
 should be taken from bundle (currently only the magic in /usr/share/mime
 is used)
 - icons for those mime-types: should be taken from bundle (currently
 provided by Journal)
 - extracting metadata/fulltext from files: plugins for datastore should be
 taken from bundle (currently only a handful known types are indexed by
 datastore)

 Unless these (and surely more) facilities are provided, third-party
 activities will remain second-class citizens.
