 The Write activity, while it has a "Save" button/icon on the Activity menu
 /button-bar does not appear to have an "Open" icon on the same bar.  There
 is a CTRL-o shortcut/accelerator, but AFAICS no icon for the same action.

 This might be the result of some future-looking guideline, but it makes it
 rather difficult to work with the application as is.
