The down of power operation that had gotten into the news with the mail
before was built in from the following C-TEST ver

If the command is received, the function is stopped and it becomes low
current consumption operation. The restoration method enters the state of
Power ON by making the MS-DAT signal Low.
Afterwards, the communication will become possible in about one second.
ex. EC(FA) EC(FA) EA(FA) EC(FA)

Current consumption becomes about 50uA when becoming this mode.
The method of operation again is a thing to make the signal line of MS-
DAT Low. This operation is the same as doing operation that sends the
command to HGPK (device).
