 The libertas guys are killing me here.  There is no dates or versions on
 the tarball, the version number is the same in the release notes, I have
 no way to keep track of what is what.  That the release notes look
 slightly different are the indications that this is not yet on th xo.
 What do I version this with?  CJB who do I talk to about naming the
 tarballs correctly?
