#2014: Need to visually represent state for shared activities.

As of now, there is no way to tell if an activity has been shared or not
without seeking it out in Mesh view. We need some immediate feedback
within the activity to indicate this.

This whole issue essentially goes away once we have selectable scopes and
grouping, since the option menu will simply indicate the scope the
activity currently has. Perhaps we should just use that model now, even
though there are only "Private" and "Neighborhood" scopes at present.
Also, while we definitely need to support narrowing as well as expanding
scopes, I believe that we can only expand at present. If this is indeed
the case, we should use the standard visual style for inactive controls
once the "Neighborhood" scope has been selected.

The visual style for this control is a "Share with:" label preceding a
standard option menu. The menu items should have the corresponding places
icon (circle with dots) and read either "Private" or "Neighborhood."

Since we want to begin demonstrating the usefulness of the mesh and
collaborative activities, I think this should be a T2 goal.
