#2013: Context should be kept when removing rows/columns from tables

When removing rows (and columns) from a table, the selection drops out of
the table context when you remove the last row or column while it has the
selection. This renders the table control useless until you explicitly
click back into the table again.

Instead, removing the last row while that row has focus should
automatically place selection inside the ''new'' last row (the previous
one). This keeps the context of the table, and makes the act loosely
reversible (without need for undo), since I can then add the row (empty,
of course) back in by pressing the add row button. The table context
should always be kept, unless of course the ''only'' row or column is
removed, causing the table to be removed completely.
