 This problem has been all over the place in pretty much every activity
 recently. The color of text, both on tabs and buttons, and in files and
 webpages, will change randomly, sometimes in mid-letter (almost invariably
 from black to blue, red, green or white). For a good example of this, open
 Read and look at the Activity tab. The letter "A" will be white, and the
 rest will be black. Open the the Frame and then close it again, and most
 of the word will turn white.

 Possibly related, but not sure, is the issue that sometimes (though this
 happens almost exclusively in web browsers) text does not show up at all.
 I'm assuming it's just making the text color white and is the same bug.
