 I was talking about actual pixels there, because that's what matters for
 the layout.

 With X reporting a dpi of 201, pages will be scaled up 2.1x (approx).
 Which means a page designed for 800x600 (at 96 dpi) would take 1680x1260
 pixels.

 I think in some cases this going to create layout problems.
