 It's a blocker in terms of all the other security work being done. The
 XACE stuff doesn't actually block _on_ the other systems work such as PM
 and suspend/resume, so if the concern is that our X people won't have
 enough time to focus on it, let me know, and I'll bring someone on board
 to get it done. Not getting it done isn't an option in my book.
